The perfect solution for tiled floors. Low build 18mm 500kPa XPS insulation panel, reinforced with a glass fibre fleece. The system is designed for tiling directly over the top using a suitable flexible floor tile adhesive.

This System Features:

  • This is an 18mm ultra thin floor heating system.
  • Tile directly over the top of these boards, GRP bonding mesh, no primer needed, just flexible floor tile adhesive.
  • High compression strength – 500kPa XPS.
  • Ideal for use in renovation projects or for new builds.
  • Suitable for most applications where the heat loss does not exceed 75W/m².

At just 25mm thick the pre-grooved insulation panels are an ideal solution, they come with everything needed to lay underfloor heating as a floating floor system. This solution meets the requirements of robust detail.

This System Features:

  • These are fast, easy to fit, and a completely dry installation system.
  • These foil faced insulation panels provide an even heat distribution across your full floor area.
  • We provide the standard panels with 200mm pipe spacing for normal heat sources, or 150mm pipe spacing which is used for low temperature heat sources.
  • Meets the requirements of robust detail.
  • Suitable for most applications where your heat loss doesn’t exceed 75W/m².

This traditional underfloor heating solution is still very popular today. Using readily available construction materials you can opt for this installation method which is a low-cost solution to installing an UFH system.

This System Features:

  • Easy to install in new or existing buildings.
  • Low cost, so no specialist fixing system is required.
  • Height increase can be as little as 50mm
  • No wet screed, so no drying time
  • Choose different pipe centres to suit low flow temperatures
